                        A North African desert diorama utilizing the Tamiya Horch/2cm flak gun. The flak crew are looking for a place to spend the night when they came across this old outpost ruin.





                        The bricks were cut from a large chunk of potters clay with an xacto blade,glued in place an left to dry,paint and weather.Smile [:)]

                        Yeah, you should of put a bit better sun screen on them.

                        Hello,
                        [:0]Wow!! [wow] that looks great. I would really love to see all the detail inside the Horch. Can you get a pic from the top, it looks like you put a great deal of detail in there. Not to meantion I love diaramas with a story.

                        Hey jess glad you had yourself a looksee. Sorry guys,I think it might be the colours that came out after I darkened and clairified the photos,they were a little light on the colour.
                        Geez,I don`t think they had sunscreen back then,did they,lol! Thanks for the comments gang.

                        The closest tree is a mystery to me as well,have no idea where I picked that one up but the palm branches were different looking and that`s what I wanted,the other one is a Verlinden tree with dyed green feathers for palm branches. The palms on the short tree are kinda plastic looking but that`s what I do,I make use of whatever I have on hand and make the best of it.
