WW2 battlefield relics shows an example that was dug up during road construction! according to the post they (authorites) plan on refubishing it for display.

I don`t rightly know Dan,this subject was very limited in research resources so I went ahead with the project anyway,it was fun!

Great work sasd, I've seen this subject only once before on a show, but I believe that one was a Porshe turret, is that possible, or is my memory playing tricks with me.

Many thanks guys,the amazing thing that happened as the pics were being taken was the unintentional blending of the turret to the surroundings,I was very surprised.Thanks for all your comments on this one,I had alot of fum doing this dio!

Wow, I'm speechless. I wasn't aware that they installed these things in the defense of Berlin. I know from my Osprey Panther reference book that they were quite involved as far as the subterannean construction. There are numerous photos of installations on the Hindenburg line etc., but none in the streets of Berlin. Thanks for the wonderful dio and the education.

Thanks J-Hulk, actually I don`t because that tells me I`m doin somethin right! This set along with a couple of others that I will put on at a later date were taken last night by Bugsy,many thanks man,they turned out great.
