Quick easy cheap grass?

im 13 too and i use grasspaper sold in a roll its the same kind of grass thatyoud get in a bag but all you need is a glue stick, scissers, aruler, and a pen or pencil

I reall y recomend this stuff called AQUA FOAM its used for fake flower vases to stick the flowers in. its not that expensive and you can buy it at MICHEALS craft stores.

thanks for all of your ideas now the problem is which one to use but i try with all of them and which has the best results.As for the under 18 GB I'll have a look at that

I use Woodland Scenics static grass. I think cost around $10 but I have had the same bottle for over a year. The results are great and its long lasting.

Just as sasd said, you can use fine sawdust. Go to a Home Depot or some other such hardware store and ask them for sawdust. They're likely to have quite a bit of it, for free. Take it, mix it with water, and dye it. I used liquid tempera paints to do this, but the stronger the pigment you can find the better. If you have green food colouring, dump the whole thing in, that will work fine. Once it's throughly mixed, spread it on a piece of large cardboard covered with some plastic bags, and allow to dry. it'll take a couple of days, but the end result is very usable, and it's cheap

Hi ML,here`s an idea,if you have a woodshop in your school go get yourself a tub of sawdust and use that as grass,however you want to apply it and colour it is up to you,experiment with it and it`s cheap. I`m still using two boxes of the old Life-Like sawdust type grass and I`m quite happy with it.

If you have a railroad hobby store nearby, pick up some Woodland Scenics fine turf. It comes in a plastic bag and a $3 bag will cover quite a lot of space. Go to the links below to see what this looks like.

All these figures are 54mm or about 1/32 scale. You are likely to be working in 1/35 scale, very close. When you look at grass, you really don't see the individual blades but the overall color and texture.

I bought a pack of static grass from HobbyTown (from the RailRoad section) and you spread it over a glueish paste then blow on it to make it stand up like real grass then paint it. It only cost me I think 4$
You could mow lawns in your neighborhood, thats what I do for money and I made near $1000 (im serious) in a summer. And Im only a freshman in HS so I got 4 more years of this! Its hard work but the money always motivates me to do it.
