Good luck. Civilian sets are mainy relegated to WWII era Europeand. There are a few now coming out by Verlinden of Midll Eastern (Iraqi) arabs too. You may want to try Prieser too, they have quite a few modern civilian sets, mostly 1/32, a few 1/35, none in fighting poses though.

That is about it. You will most likely need to convert standard soldiers into Somali civilians/rebels.
