Thanks y'all, yeah the water came out darker than I wanted. The was my fault for making it so deep. I had all kinds of goodys at the bottom of the stream. At this point I was still trying to work out my boarderBlush [:I].

Kelly- I'd love to see some of your old stuff.

Thanks again y'all.Cowboy [C):-)]

Definately nothing wrong with the dio, that's for sure! A very excellent build! The poor GI in the water just knows he's been seen, I would've put him closer to the bridge, though. Nothing wrong with the water at all, looks very muddy and algae-ish, and if you look a small streams around my neck of the woods, that's what they look like. Excellent building for sure!
Ok, I do have ONE more little dio I can post, although it's not correct by any stretch of the means, it's my first military dio I ever did, done a few years ago (like 5 years ago) I'll throw 'em up in a day or two....LOL

Hey, that doesn't look bad at all. Not sure whats wrong with the water, except that it's a little too dark. What did you think went wrong with it?

Okay this is the third Dio I built about 12 years ago. If you saw my first and are now asking your self "what happened to the second one". Well it had a 12 pack of Coke dropped on it and therefore made it recycleible...Angry [:(!]

Anyway, this was my first attempt at making water and would not recomment doing it this way EVER EVER EVER again. I made an incredible mess, using a two part epoxy. The building and bridge are scratched from plaster, a process I was trying to work out. Also, I was still trying to paint figures, as you can see their kinda blan and simple. But like we all know every build we perfect some technique and learn something new.

Enjoy and dont laugh...Wink [;)]
