Thanks Pedro!
Right now finding time to build new things to add to my airbase has been difficult but I expect things to improve enough to where I can get back to building models again.

jinithith2,

Can't remember exactly how many models used in pic #3, I took that picture last year. I was trying to depict a post war German aircraft graveyard and used as many of my 1/72 scale models as I could in that pic.

matrixone,
how mant luftwaffe planes did you use in the dio, and how do you pronounce "luftwaffe"?

Kevleerey,

The fire on the Fw 190A was added after the picture was taken.

If I have time this year I plan to build a few more damaged airplanes in 1/48 scale and at least one bomb damaged building and try adding digital fire to them. I think with some practice I could make some convincing looking wartime pics.

Matrixone-- Is the smoke in that first picture actually part of the dio, or did you add it to the picture later? If it is built on, how did you do it?

rtrojan,

Here are some pics I took last year of my Luftwaffe airbase...

I plan on adding more buildings, figures, and ground vehicles later this year. My model building has almost come to a complete stop because of lack of time lately, I can only hope my work hours return to normal so I get some new models finished.
