I've got some Dredge concentrates that looks a lot like that... except it's got some North Carolina Placer Gold in it. Wink [;)]

Good luck with your construction, looking forward to seeing it! Smile [:)]

Take care,
Frank

I was going to say that you'd want a little variety to the overall color of your sand. Too uniform and it looks really fake. HeavyArty beat me to it, though. So, I'll just say "Good Luck" and post some pics of your T-55 on its base when you get a chance.
A day in the Corps is like a day on the farm; every meal is a banquet, every paycheck a fortune, every formation a parade... The Marine Corps is a department of the Navy? Yeah...The Men's Department.

don't forget you can paint this stuff to. You don't want it to be loose on your base. A wash and a bit of dry brushing gives it that colour and look that you want. Good luck and may the force be with you.
I love the smell of super glue in the morning. Smells like...victory.

Yes, looks like sand to me. Most deserts are not uniform, clean sand. They have diferent coors mixed in with rocks, etc. that give it a mottled, varied look.

Hi guys, can I use this sand? I want it for my base with a T-55, and wanted to know if it will work. I was wondering because the sand has some black grains, I have a picture of it, take a look and let me know. Thanks Anthony.
