Hey ROOSTA,
Welcome to the site.
Yeah any decent PVA glue will do the trick.
Try K&D , Mitre 10 , Bunnings etc.
The stuff is also called white glue , woodworkers glue and probably a few other names as well.

Cheers , Pete.

i can help on the hanger question
T-Hangers were just as it sound giant T shaped hangers that interlocked to provide more room for aircraft
and if im wrong, you might be talking about REVETMENT's they are shaped like a U
and reinforced with sandbags
i hop this helps!

i can give my opinion for the first question. if you're talking about static grass, elmer's glue will work just fine. mix it with a little water to thin it, and paint it on the base. the same is mostly true for tall grass as well, though you may want it thinker, and sprinkle some ground material on it to cover the glue thats viewable.

1. What sort of glue should I use for grassing a base? PVA?

2. What were the places they kept aircraft at RAF bases called, T pens or somthing like that?

Thanks
