Nice work, I wont beat that dead horse, regarding rubble, but besides the propaganda posters you mentioned, try weathering the walls some more. That will definitely make it a great work. BTW you lucky guy, got a gf that helps with your hobby.

If that's your first dio you're off to a good start. Nice and simple. I like the walls, and agree with what's already been posted, so I won't repeat any of it. Just keep going, adding new ideas or trying new techniques to each project. You're off to a great start!
A day in the Corps is like a day on the farm; every meal is a banquet, every paycheck a fortune, every formation a parade... The Marine Corps is a department of the Navy? Yeah...The Men's Department.

Thanks all for your comments. The figures isn't fixed yet. i'm still trying to rearrange the figures to make it look better. Rubbles will be on the way... maybe i'll be putting propaganda posters on the wall to add some color on the diorama...

yes, my gf built the dio with me. We took turns making and painting it... well, the wall and base is made of styrofoam and covered with wall putty. A modeler i just met taught me this and i was excited to try it so this was the outcome...

I like it alot. Its simple and gets stright to the point. Maybe adding some color to the wall would really bring out the figures more but other then that its good. Big Smile [:D]

Good progress. Definitely needs some rubble to show that torn down wall.
So, your gf built the dio? Buddy, you got a keeper.

Looking good. I agree with what's been said about more rubble. You should also get rid of the base's on your figures. You can use cut down pins and place them to the under side of the fiqures to secure them to the diorama base. Thanks for sharing the picture with us.
