this is a dio of M9 aces digging a battle position for M1A1s



its in 1/285 scale due to the fact i couldnt fing M9 aces in larger scalesBig Smile [:D]

Looks good.
There is a 1/35th scale kit out of the M9. It is a resin kit and a little pricey but looks pretty good. I think it is from Accurate Armor but may be Cromwell.

it took a couple hrs to put together the base is foam coated with elmers wood glue the railroad ground stuff

the tanks and aces took a few hours the hardest part was lightning the color with such a smale scale it had to be toned down a bit

How many pieces did the tank kits consist of?
Thats a really small scale. I hope that the kits did not include P.E.

it has a hull and turret pieces plus the commanders 50cal and the loaders 240

Geez, and I thought 1/87 was tough. Great undertaking. If you're having trouble getting close with the camera, turn on the macro mode and turn off the flash. Light your diorama with another source.

how small is it actually- could you post a pic with something in it for reference, i'm sure it is smaller than i'm guessing
