a small GI vignette
Posted by Anonymous on Friday, May 20, 2005 4:18 AM
hi,
this is a vignette depicting a GI during the battle for the bulge.
I posted it in other places too, so maybe it will look familiar :).
the figure is dragon, the head hornet's, the helmet on the floor is verlinden's.
cheers.

Well done.

Medals are not "Won", they are "Earned".

How did you make the snow?

Nice details. Even the snow on the branch looks fantastic

Thanks :)

The snow is a ready made product. I think of Techstar.

I brushe the miliput with white glue, and water, and sprinkled the snow. this was done for several times, until all was covered in snow.

The blood is Games Workshop red ink, which looks exactly like blood as it is.
