My first Tank and First Diorama

First< I put together a small tank, seen here...

Then, if you've got a tank, you need somewhere to put it.

This may be my first post, I'm not sure but it is the diorama I've put together. Probably pretty mediocre by your standards but since I had this up I thought I'd share.

Damn good! I haven't tried my first dio yet, so can't criticise.

To the eyes of a fellow modeler nothing is mediocre.

Welcome to the forum and nice tank. Do you have more pictures of it?

Somewhere. The page is a bit old and I've been copying over photos to a new hard drive. Give me a bit and I can find some.

Wow that's great. And if your definition of mediocre is really really good than yes it is. But if it means bad then no it is not mediocre.

Very nicely done. The mud and building is well done.

Excellent background to go with your Sherman. I hope he's not lost...lol. My only criticism is the color of the soldiers uniforms. Unless they were paratroopers with the 82nd or 101st Airborne Divisions, the uniforms should be an Olive Drab color. The brownish color is a bit too bright and the helmets are bit too green. Try toning them down

That's funny, my reference was Band Of Brothers. So I guess they are in the 101st!
