                        Has anyone here ever seen any aftermarket animal figures in 1/35 scale besides the Tamiya "Barnyard Animals" set? I'm particularly interested in generic wild animals...birds, squirrels, deer, rabbits - you know, just common, everyday animals.

                        If you look in toy stores, the rubbery-plastic animals that come in the farm play sets, usually in a bag, are about 1/35 and work well. You can paint them as desired and you can find just about any animal you may need.

                        I swear I heard this somewhere else...

                        You could try making them out of clay or apoxy sculpt. The smaller animals shouldnt be too hard because of their size.
