Is this what you mean by MLVW?
If so, it is an M35A2 2 1/2 ton truck with bigger(?)/a differnt pattern wheels and tires. AFV Club does a US M35A2. All you would have to do is modify/change the wheeels and add any other Canadian specific items. You could get the single wheel hubs and hard top out of a Revell M34 kit. The M34 had a different bed and the kit is old, takes a lot of work to get it looking good. You would still need to find replacement tires though.

Sorry, no wrecker kit is readily available in plastic. There was an old Renwal (later bought and reissued by Revell) 5-ton Wrecker kit in 1/32. It has long been out of production and is sought by collectors. It regularly goes for $50-$100 on Ebay.
There is a M936A2 5 ton wrecker conversion designed to be used with the Italeri M923 or M925 kits. It goes for about $100+ and is by a company called Real Models. It could also be used, in conjunction with a converted/combined AFV Club M35 and Italeri M925 to get either an M543 or M818 5 ton wrecker as used in the 60's and 70's.

Article on converting the above kits to get a 1960's-1970's M54 5-ton truck: http://armorama.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Sections&file=index&req=viewarticle&artid=301
I have converted a couple and they are not too difficult.
Good luck and happy modeling.
