Depends on what scale you want and what aircraft. Monogram makes a good C-47 in both 1/72 and 1/48. Italeri has a 1/72 C-47 and a 1/72 C-119 as well.

You have several choices. Monogram 1/48 C47 and Williams Brothers C46 also 1/48th. The two WWII workhorses. Both out of production but you can find the C47 regularly on ebay and once in a while the C46 shows up. As already mentioned Italeri has a very good 1/72 C47, I personally don't think much of the 1/72 Monogram kit, but thats me. There is also the minicraft 1/144 series in which you can get, you guessed it, a C47. They also do DC6, post war USAF designation i've forgotten and might make a DC4 which was used during WWII and again I have forgotten the designation. HTH Joe

I would go with the Italeri C-47, it's a good kit and easy to find.
