I might be wrong, BUT I believe Tamiya makes a few people in 1/24th scale. I seem to remember buying some for a car...I'm pertty sure it was 1/24th. I'll double check it for ya.

By the way, the dio's look great, I love all the detail you have put into them.

Thanks for getting back to me. I build in 1:24 and 1:18 scale. G scale is the only train scale that is close but not close enough. Great idea though. My dioramas are just to big.
