where do i find clear casting resin?

i need to find some clear casting resin for a small river in a diorama, future doesn't cut it, so i need to find some reliable place to get some. my local hobby shop doesn't have any, it's really small. i'm so deprived of modeling supplies Sad [:(]

You can find Envirotex at places like craft stores and a pretty nice clear resin from the hardware store that is used to build up bar tops, table tops etc.

Try Michael's. It's a craft store chain in Canada, might be one in the US. Lewiscraft, if in the USA might be able to get it as can your local hobby shop.

Take care of the standard resins if you go deep, they produce a lot of heat, Small puddles etc you can also use the new two part super clar 5 min epoxies as well,
Heres how I did a little water effect if it helps

Yeah, theres micheals here (in MO. at least) but try micro-mark. I have thier catalog buried in my room somewhere, but I think thier website is micromark.com --but there may be a dash in there.
