SSpanzer:
Glad you liked the dios. I just started working in this scale and like it because it makes it possible to combine a full scene
and details on a vere tiny space (like 4x6 inches, as these). Actually, up until a year ago I hadn't built a diorama for 13 years. Then, last year , I took up the hobby and made a couple of 1/35 dioramas and a bunch of figures, trying to remember how to build and paint the models.
The story behind these dioramas is that I bought a "lot" of 20+ models in 1/72 scale together with a bunch of soldiers on Ebay for a small price. When a got them I just sat down and tried tho figure out what combination would work - and I came up with these six. I built them in six weeks, but those were quite intense weeks - working every evening and weekends with them. So now I'll cool down for a period and not embark on any other mad project.
The Tiny dio GB will feel like a vaccation. This time I'll try the 1/285 scale or the first time: a operation Barabarossa traffic jam!
See ya!
