For 1/72 you can look into Prieser, Revell Germany, Italeri, Mirage. Youcan go to ontheway.uk for a more extensive listing.

For the Red Ball, you should also look into Hornet heads and get a set of African American heads, since many of the drivers were black.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

The scene I'm wanting to make is a little vignette of the red ball express. I have the cargo truck and close to enough junk to put in the back (still need to make a few more cargo boxes) but what I need is a couple more army guys and especially a young woman. She will be the action focal point.

Jaguar is also good, but it seems like they are no longer in business. Ebay has lots of Jaguar 1/35 figures for bids.

For 1/35, DML makes some good plastic figure sets. Lots arew WWII but there are some modern and vietnam.

The newer tamiya kits are pretty good also but stay away from their old kits.

Warriors, verlinden, Alpine miniatures and some others, are all companies that will produce the best figures you can buy. They are resin, usually more expensive and only come in small sets of 1-3 figs. They all have civilians and war stuff.

Are you looking for specific figures for a specific setting? ie. modern, WW2, Europe, Asia? or are you just looking for figures in a general sense?

Most of the major manufacturers, eg. Tamiya,Dragon etc. have sets of figures in 1/35th.

If you can be a little more specific in what you're looking for, I'm sure someone here can guide you to what you need.

Looking for figures?

I looking for figures. I am wanting to start building dioramas but am lacking the figures for what I am wanting to build. I have the vehicles that i have built in the past and would like to start with just giving their display a little more "placement" I figure that a good way to start is to do simple road scenes and minor structural placement and I can find the info and many of the items that would be in a good scene but i seem to be having a problem finding the figures. I'm looking for 1/35 and 1/72 figures both military and civilian. Any fingers pointing in the right direction would be very appriciated. Thanks. Cool [8D]
