Apoxie Clay

Anybody out there had any experience with apoxie clay? Shapes like modeling clay and hardens like plaster. Just saw an ad for the stuff, and if it's as good as the vendor claims, it would be just the thing for dioramas.

I have used a similar product called millput. It's pretty much the same thing. I used it here to make some sandbags. This was my first attempt at it.

Great Stuff!!!

I have the Apoxie Clay and the Apoxie Sculpt products.  They are excellent!  They have a long working time and they harden like steel.  They can be drilled and tapped and filed or worked like clay when still soft.  The grain is very fine and takes detail very well.  They can be used over an armature for bending strength like a spear and sculpted like muscles, etc.  I highly recommend these products.

Only one drawback is my LHS won't carry it either.  I have tried other products including Milliput and not had as good luck.  Also takes paint very well.  Log onto their Site at www.avesstudio.com.

I am not affiliated with this product in any way or any other for that matter, but I love this product.

Good luck,

Grounded
