As far as I know there were two manufacturers for the Resin conversion kit for the Ram Tank/Kangaroo. Lone Star Models and Verlinden. Sadly both out of production, but not unobtainable for those willing to search.

Great piece of work on the diorama. It's been awhile since I have seen Synergy Dio products used. Another manufacturer from the past. Thanks for the pics.

Cheers;

Gregory

Thanks very much guys,a friend of mine got out of the hobby and I inherited all of his project starts,this was one,a Ram Kangaroo. He had done all of the hard stuff that had to be done to the resin body,hatches,lengthening of the body etc.I then put it all together and added a few minor goodys.The kits used where a Grant chassis and running gear from Tamiya and the resin conversion kit of a Ram tank,yes I found in amongst the spare parts that I also recieved was a Ram tank turret and another mg turret both in resin,Bugsy,you were right! So because this kangaroo has a turret ring roof it figures that this resin conversion kit is an early kit of a tank converted to a Kangaroo without any interior detail.As to who made the conversion kit I don`t know,but I do know someone who can`t start his day without a whiff of resin in the morning,might pop in and shed some light,lol!

Excellent display.  I have a 1:35 Hornisse that I would love to build and place it in a display.  How long did it take for you to build yours.  I am trying to gauge the amount of time needy to adequatly plan for my project.  I have never done a diorama before.Smile [:)]

Another cool one Russ! I see you made good use of the Synergy pieces and rearranged them, great layout, the first shot Bugsy took at the top is the best, love those shots he does! Killer dio!
