Almost as heavy,I wouldn`t want to drop it on my instep,between the brass bars,the plaster ruins and the solid plaster base she weighs a fair amount.It took me about 3days to do complete,although my wife has a nice piece of military green felt to do the bottom of the base with as yet.

Excellent piece, Russ, looks great. With those brass bars, and the plaster base, your little vig is almost as heavy as my bridge one! LOL

Hi guys and thankyou for the comments.It is the Trumpeter kit and it is quite a nice vehicle to paint but I gotta tell you the kit sucks as far as fit is concerned,instructions arn`t very good and the tracks are too long,although the detail of the tracks is excellent!There`s no weight to the model at all so after it was painted a couple of brass bars were glued inside the hull to seat it down on those very stiff tracks.Weathering the tank was the ticket to bringing her alive and was a nice change to do.

Oh, oh oh my my my, that is just a beautiful job. I barely see any of these vehicles built up, and they are just so menacing. I've had the Trumpeter one sitting in my stash for the longest time, just haven't had the time to build it yet. You did a great job on this. Is it the Trump or Tamiya kit? Any AM, or OOTB?

This tank appeared at the very end of wwII,as a matter of fact in the Victory parade for the Russian forces but I wanted to depict it in a setting of the occupation forces of East Germany.
