M3 Wreck Dio WIP update 8th August figures started

Hello all, I am putting these shots here as a seperate post but have included thtem in the wasting away GB thread. Its still early stages but I see no problem why another 3or 4 weeks wont see this finished.

Just updating this post with new pics.

Well got the figures started and the water will be there at the weekend almost finished.

Great job terry, I think that the idea of the kids playing on the abandoned tank is very creative, and is very unique. What technique did you use for the rust effects? They are very realistic. I cant wait to see the finishing touches on this dio.

Thanks for the encouraging words, the kit is the academy M3. The water failed miserably, I'm going to try make it like a mud bank with the tide out. its the only way I can think of rescueing this job at the present.
