Diorama "The Panzer IV" using Dragon's Pz. Kpfw. IV Ausf. G and Tri Star's
German Infantry Set (Vol.1)
By "Art Instructor" :

PS. "Art Instructor" told me that he usually don't paint the eyes of the figures, this is the first time that he tries. How do these figures compared with his earlier works?

I like it. Pass our compliments along to Art Instructor.

Are you running out of room for all these models and dioramas yet?

Many thanks for your kind compliments! I'll pass them along to Art Instructor.

I still have some room for a hundred more. In a few years time I might have space problem again.

The individual elements look pretty good, nice weathering and ground wiork, good effects onteh water. It looks like there could have been just a bit more seam clean up such as on the TC's right hand and possibly on the gas mask container of the guy with no helmet. From the pictures, the eyes look okay, no real popeyes. The composition could be stronger. Laying the subject at a slight diagonal to the base give a more dynamic feel to a scene. The water in the forground and the straight line of the shore make a very harsh transition with a lot of dead space. The guy looking at his watch shifts the feeling of the scene to make it seem like the train's late.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Very well done!  Can you ask the Art Instructor what he used for the water?  I've been trying to get water to look that good and I've failed so far, but that looks totally realistic!

Thanks so much for your kind compliments, TANGO1 and ArmorMaster!

ArmorMaster, I know that "Art Instructor" used clear resin to make water,
and that's simple water so to speak. You probably haven't seen his earlier
water work which is more complex :

"Art Instructor" told me detailed steps how this is achieved. You may read
about his water technique in this thread :
