Check out Armorama's article. It seems to be what you're looking for, just find a suitible pattern size (no matter how thick it is), and follow the instructions.

WW2 Quonset hut material sources-corrugated steel in 1/48 scale?

     Well,

I've given up on finding a kit of an O or 1/48 scale quonest hut, so I guess I'm down to scratching my own.  I scoped out Plastruct's site for a while, but their scale corrugated steel in styrene doesn't look accurate. I believe the more accurate material has a continuous "s" look when viewed edge-on.  Does anyone have sources for this?  It's the same type of  material culverts are made of, I believe, like that galvanized steel stuff.  Did I just miss it on their site?  Any help appreciated.
