The big hangars out at the space center and at CCAFS have concrete floors but are sealed. This gives them a glossy or semi glossy look. This makes it easier to clean up spills and reduces dust. In some cases there are lines painted on the floor to designate walkways, safe areas and guidemarks for parking equipment, aircraft, etc. In most cases the floors are painted grey or are the natural concrete with sealant over.

Most hangars are floored with concrete, so sandpaper with scale texture painted grey would look very convincing. Just MHO.
