Tank Crashing through wall, help please!
Ok, so I recently bought the old Tamiya Panzer II, and put it in a diorama, but never used the figures since they were Afrika Korps, and my setting was not. Im on a low budget, so I wanted to use them on something, and I also have been really wanting to build a British Churchill tank. So the diorama I am planning will be based either in Tunisia or the second battle of El Alemain. Basically the Churchill will be crashing through one of those ever so common North African mud/brick walls, sort of "rearing up" as it smashes up and over the mound of rubble it is creating, with its front end up in the air, since it is driving up and over sort of. Heres where the figures come in. Three have been modeled to look as if they have grabbed their weapons and are running, which is just what they will be doing. The last, is sort of in a "holding his ground" stance, with his mp40 pointed. I will make sure I model his head so it looks as if he is looking up. The idea will be to make him look as if he is just panic stricken, and too frozen with terror to do anything but stare at the monstrosity rearing up, literally almost on top of him as it comes through the wall, while his friends abandon him and dash for cover. So, I searched for ever and beleive it or not found no pictures of tanks crashing through walls. Im looking specifically for pictures of those mud/brick, sand/clay walls in Africa being broken, but even pictures of tanks going through wooden or brick walls would be helpful. even better would be pictures of a diorama at all similar to a piece of armor breaking, driving or blasting through a wall. finally, any ideas would be great.
