What would be the best way to get a transparent looking water. maybe silicone or something built up from Plexiglass? Ill be putting lights underneath to shine up.

you could aslo try http://www.woodlandscenics.com there realistic water is pretty good and no mixing and heating involved.

one more question.
you guys have any clue how I would transfer those techinques into a water spout?
I plan on using a water spout as my support for a flight 19 avenger.

You could use clear acrylic rod and run 5 minute epoxy down the rod. I've used 5 minute epoxy to simulate running water by spreading it out on wax paper and pulling it off the paper after it's dry. Elmer's White glue works too.

    I've got a Flight 19 dio in mind too for down the road.  Have you found decals with markings for these aircraft yet?  If so, whereabouts?
