The story behind it is the guy holding the M1 is mourning the death of his brother and the slouched guy is going to be carrying a flamethrower

I like what you're trying to say. I did a vignette like that some 30 years ago using the Historex multipose 8th Army figures. I don;t know that the poses you have are going to convey mourning, however. The M1 guy looks like he sis charging and the other guy, at this point, doesn't seem to work.

The Italeri Marine set, one is currently available on Ebay, provided a couple poses that would say what you're truying to convey more closely.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.
