Sharman, thanks but I don't have the patience for the split pea mosaic technique, especially since I bet there's something commerical out there and it's dirt cheap.

I wish I knew at least the name of a manufacturer that makes that kind of stuff.

Cobblestone-Paved Street

I would like to build a simple base for my 1/35 scale JS-3 tank, a wooden base covered with texture representing old-fashioned European cobblestone-paved street.

I've never built any dioramas so I don't know where to turn for suitable cobblestone pavement material.
