Got this kit in my Stash as well. Seeing this I may have to push it further up on the list.

So, I have a kit from Hasegawa for a P-39Q/N .  The kit number is JT93 and shows two aircraft, the most prominent has the num ber 152 and the squadron emblem of a skull on a yellow circle.  Wouild this be the Eduard rebox or their own molds?

hasegawa reboxed the Monogram kit not eduard. The eduard and Accurate Miniatures kit is the same mold

Great job, MissVol!  Such a great kit, I still have two of the oldies in my stash!!  Don Stick, I feel much love for the Monogram kits of old in this thread....possibly, another Monogram Mafia build would be in order??

ikar, I suppose that I should have worded my post more clearly. It was Hasegawa doing mold trading with Monogram/Revell back before Eduard or Hasegawa had their own P-39 kits out in 1/48. But as has been shown here, the classic Monogram kit, can indeed be built into a real eye catcher with a little work.

TAD, prehaps there will be another MM GB here in the future, but I will have to get my modeling moejoe back up to speed, if I am to run it. Yes, there is lots of love in me for the Monogram classics. And as we can see, I am not alone in that affection.

A Monogram p-39 Group Build would be interesting.

I build 1/48 scale WW2 fighters.

Have fun.

I love the way how you kept the Cobra clean.  Great build on this one!

I also would like to add that the Cobra came out nice and that I have an old box version of this kit in the closet that I now want to build.  Got it for $0.25 at a garage sale.
