Here are a few pix of a P-51Ds interior as well as the gun bay area. They are of a restored Stang but you can get the basic idea of how the interior/gun bay was painted.
For the wheel wells, I'll check a few more places out for you. The interior was usually done up interior green(FS34151) and all other access doors/panels like the gun bay were painted close to a zinc chromaye green(1184 Testors (comes in a small bottle)).
