Black Sheep Corsair Revell or Monogram?
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, November 18, 2003 12:12 AM
I was thinking about this other day and was trying to remember who did the initial release of the Black sheep squadron Corsair....I have it my mind it was Monogram. I can envision the box art, if I remember right it was a still shot from the series....With Conrad as an inset.

I believe you're right about the photo's on the box. I still
have the Corsair and Zero models but I don't have the boxes.
If I remember correctly Revell made the 1/32 kits . Sure did enjoy
them even though the end result wasn't great. Revell made kits for
several other TV programs. Cousteau's PBY and ship and TC's
helicopter from Magnum PI come to mind.

Fuzzy's right: Revell made the 1/32 Pappy Boyington Corsair.
