Scale?

I may get so drunk, I have to crawl home. But dammit, I'll crawl like a Marine.

So...if you already have 4 decal sets in the stash for the C-130 and the S.O. isn't keen on you getting more sets...why don't you use one of the 4 decals sets you have?

Do you absolutely have to do a C-130 in this particular config?

Just saying.

Building Now:

1/48 Academy Bf-109G6 - 100%

1/48 Tamiya F4U-1A - 5%

Upcoming:

1/48 Revell F-14D

arki30- After working around MC's AC's C's and now HC's for more than 20 years  I was looking for something different than the stock C-130 I was looking for different units/ branchs Navy Marines. I plan on getting more in my fleet of aircraft

I plan on doing a MC130 with all the bells and whistles at a later time money permitting.

I believe Sky's Decals from Israel has a nice set for a 1/72 Entebbe raider.  I have 'em for 1/48 scale, but I have absolutely no room for a 1/48 Herk!!
One good hour working on a model erases 8 bad hours at work!!

The last pic of the Iranian -130 looks like it was taken at Little Rock AFB in Arkansas. I would love to find decals for the 314th Airlift Wing myself...

It was taken at L.R.  I caught it as they were preparing to replace its pylon tanks with some of ours.  This ship was comming over for class and there was a slight accident.  Nobody informed the pilot that the tanks were full and she landed like they were empty.  They almost tore the tanks off the wings.  After the replacement, the crew returned home without attending class to explain what happened.
