Hey Lucien;
well the Germans had 2 colors RLM 02 is for most planes before and around the Battle of Britian then they changed it to RLM 66 just after the battle the RLM 66 is a darker grey then the RLM 02 (and this color has a tint of blue-green in it)
the Brit's had a blueish-green color and Testors has the shade in their Model masters as with the German colors,
the Russians have had a few colors in WWII it was a Chromate Green type color then it turned into a Blueish color (Testors MM) and now its a grey (FS# unknown)
and the Japanese they had the most colors in their planes during WWII
Mistibishi had a metallic blueish green, or dk green, then Nakajima had a dk green, Kawasiki had a color closest to RLM 49 Desert yellow Tan, the only color I've seen out there is the Metallic Blue/Green and Testors has the color too,
about all these colors are offered by Testors, Polly Scale, Floquil, Tamiya, Gunse, Humbrol, but the most common is Testors and you need to hit a local hobby shop or on line store for those colors because Hobby Lobby carries some Testors MM colors but not all like a true Hobby Shop (but I wish Hobby Lobby did carry all of the Testors paints then I could hit them up and not wait for a shippment in the mail)
