Repositioning Flaps
Posted by ILuv3ggs on Wednesday, February 26, 2003 2:28 AM
Hey,

Just need some help with repositioning flaps. My kit doesn't have them seperate from the wings and fins. Was wondering what the nest method is to remove the flaps. I have read before to use cotton or nylon string, but i think this may just break.

Or would a small saw do the trick? If so, what sort, size etc.

Any suggestions?

Thanks to anyone who can help

For repositioning flaps I either use a scriber (by squadron) or micro saws by verlinden. The blades come in three sizes, fine ,med, large. Sorry cant remember the part #?? DAH somtimes you can also use the backside of your #11 exacto blade too.
Hope this is what your looking for. Flaps up Mike
