I want to mount my 1/48 Monogram PBY in flight with something to represent props spinning. I've been leaning towards the clear disk method (with an airspray of a 'fuzzy' prop positions and a yellow 'fuzzy ' ring at the outer edge. To me, that's the best compromise for using something that's not too distracting from the model and showing some sort of whirling effect. I also plan for it to be removeable so if I want to try something else I can just slide them off.

I've seen a few different ways in FSM that modelers like to display their propeller driven aircraft in flight; motorize the prop, paint a clear disk, or just not install the props on the aircraft. How do/would you like to display yours for in flight effect?
