Vacu-formed canopies

Help-I just got a 1/72 Goblin from MPM and notice it has a VF canopy which I've never encountered-any tips or hints before I screw it up?

Did you get just one or is there a second canopy also? If there are two then you have some room to make a mistake. Trim the excess material away from the canopy leaving a small amount behind then use a fingernail file to sand away the remainder. Be careful not to scratch the canopy or tear the material. Test fit several times as you sand it to ensure the fit is correct. When it has been trimmed up all the way dip it in Future and set aside overnight to cure. Be sure to place it on a piece of tissue paper and cover it with a cup to prevent dust from settling on it. Attach to the model using Elmer’s white glue, Testors clear parts cement or watch cement "crystal clear".

Thanks Swanny-looks like I also have to enter the realm of "Future". Just have 1 canopy, tho. It's gonna be interesting tackling this tiny devil.

Patience - take your time for you have no room to screw up with only one.
