Spinner vs. spinner
Posted by Anonymous on Friday, February 28, 2003 11:11 AM
Hi there!
I have one doubt concerning a Hartmann's bf-109 that i'm about to build. And it is as simple as this: i saw and printed two images of the aircraft he flew in Russia in the summer of 1944-the "Yellow 1". Both of them seem to be quite identical in terms of colours and the scheme itself, but the spinner was different in both pictures. One of them had the spinner painted black with the famous white spiral, while the other had the also known paint job consisting of half white and half black (top / bottom, left / right, it depends on how you look at it).
So what i needed to know is if only one is the correct one or if both of them are. THANKS!Big Smile [:D]

Hello unnamedplayer! Are you sure about that? Cause i've already seen several bf-109f models with both the white spiral, and the black / white spinner on them! And that is an earlier version! If i'm told that any of them is correct, then i'd simply choose them i fancy the most. Thanks!
