If so, I can read the translation underneath, but it doesn't really make sense in the context of the model. Anyone?

Hi, I'm originally from China.

It means "if you are not planning to assemble the engine into the fuselage, don't use J3".

Well, I guess I'll need to test fit it then since that makes no sense. J3 is one of four quarters of the engine tube section. If I lleft the engine out for display, and thus left J3 off, one quarter of the engine in that section would be missing. Hmm.
