Verlinden used to make some 1/72 carrier trackors and fire trucks...even some support equipment I think. I don't believe they produce them anymore, but there may still be some availible. Fujimi made the 2 kits mentioned above and Hasegawa makes several ground support equipment kits...though those have more Airforce equipment. The Fujimi F-14 kits also come with engines and engine dollies if you want hangar deck equipment.

Fujimi makes 2 sets of flight deck crews, one with a fire-engine and
one with the MD3 tractor.
Can't remember all the details of what is included. Check HLJ or similar they should
have some info on it.

FYI, availability tends to be a bit spotty as they seem to be produced
in batches and tend to sell out quickly.

Here is a pic of some of the vehicles you mentioned, the author said they were fujimi or testors good luck finding them

Does anyone know if a company makes 1/72 scale Modern US navy flight deck vehicles. I am trying to make a dio with like fire fighting vehicles, bomb loading vehicles and towing tractors all doing flgiht ops..
