Thanks everyone, it is so encouraging to new people on this site. It helps to feed the desire to do more, if you know what I mean.

Hey Betty;
fantastic job, you look like your enjoying the new hobby like my wife is too but she's into tall ships for now, I think she's really into the rigging, but for me I enjoy it all,

Thanks so much for the compliments! The Henschel is getting closer now. I still have a couple of decals and all the weathering to do. I still have not decided if I am going to just display it or do a diorama. I must say I think the Henschel looks better than the X-35B.

Looks good ! (I wish my second model turned out as well !) The decals on the tail add a splash of color. I also like how you mounted it. Far too many times (IMHO) I see the tarmac lines at right angles to the base, with the model in the center. Your approach is much more interesting !
I like it. When will your Henschel be done ?

Hi Folks,

Here's my second completed model ever... It's Revell's 1/144 Lockheed Martin X-35B...

Be gentle!
