I did some "Google-ing" and all i could come up so far for you was a vague reference to the ETF-51D...
Apparently, the TP-51D was a regular P-51D that was factory converted ino a 2-seater, dual control conversion, armed trainer. This aircraft was later redesignated the TF-51D in 1948. The ETF-51D that you're looking for is a conversion of the TF-51D for shipboard landing tests. I'm affraid there may only be one of those in existence, but i'm not sure. I will keep my eyes open.
