No, last I hear the F-22 is still equiped with the standard Vulcan cannon that other fighters are. I read that there is a small door located somewhere (I think in a location similar to the F-15, above the engine intake). The door opens when the pilot pulls the trigger and closes after the gun burst. If there were a permanently exposed gun port then the radar signature would be to great, so they had to cover it just like the missiles.
