just been on your site; looking even better!! i was very interested to see you paint your fuselage halves before putting them together[:0] - i always do it after so i can see what seems need filling etc, then do the paint job. buy hey, whatever works for you, becasue the 'bolt in your signature looks the business .
still trying to persuade my girlfriend to start her p-51 by the way...

Thats pretty sweet that you can buff the silver! Ill have to try that... like you I have had problems with the metalizers. If I can get anywhere near the metalizer shine without the pain Ill be hooked!

Although I have heard good things about Future, I am still a little hesitant to try it yet. I have plans to experiment with it, but for this project I will be clearcoating with Model Master Laquer Overcoat, with which I have had good results in the past.

I can't wait to see how it all turns out. I'm on the edge of my seat, and the suspense is killing me. I'm eagerly awaiting part 3. Once again modelnerd great sight.
