I've only done that once and I just did it freehand, but if I were to do it again I'd use a loose mask. I'd probably set the model up on a jig and attach the mask to a block of wood, (or something similar) position it where I want it and then go to town.

I'm starting to build a late war 109k-4 and my question is...How can I produce the wavy line on the leading edges of the wing??? I dont want to mask because of the solid line and I dont want to chance freehand with the airbrush...Is there a way that I'm missing????Banged Head [banghead]
