Hi guys,

thank you all for youre kind words it is realy hart warming and will certainly help with my recovery. To all who have had or will have the same operation all the best of luck. And to Wayne I would like to say don't give up ,it took me 6,5 years to find a surgeon who could locate it and who was willing to operate.

I'll be back

cheers

I know back pain. They can't locate mine. Hope the surgery makes you good as new.

I may get so drunk, I have to crawl home. But dammit, I'll crawl like a Marine.

Hey, they will probably use some superglue to put you back together so you will actually get a little closer to your models - cool, huh? Best of luck, hope it turns out well and that your suffering is relieved.

Good fortune with the operation, rob. I'll be having a similar one myself soon. I've got a herniated disc in my neck, pinching a nerve in my arm. I feel your pain !

Here's to a swift, trouble-free recovery.

I had disc surgery in 1996 (and they say weightlifting is GOOD for you!). It was a complete success, and I was back home the next day, and back in the gym a month later.
Wishing you a similarly speedy recovery, Rob!

Good luck to you, Rob! (With any luck at all, you can bring a laptop to the hospital and plug it in; then you don't have to miss all the Forums!)
