True Details made a set of resin bombs in 1/48 scale. They had the MK 81 and MK 82 LDGP and MK 82 HDGP bombs. I think they also had the 5" HVAR in that scale.

TAC Scale Dynamics also has 1/48 scale bombs in resin. I think thy have a larger selection of the newer bombs too.

Jet, Mel.
To the best of my knowledge. The Hasegawa kits are still the same. And they ARE still in production.
Great little kits, too. Thumbs Up [tup]

Steve,

The Mk. 82's and BLU-27's are in the Hasegawa "A" kits(X48-1). GBU's are in the "B" kit(X48-2). I had these for years don't know if the kit #'s changed or not.

Clear Left!

Bomb Sets

I am working on Hasegawa's 1/48th A-7E Corsair and I am wanting to add some external stores. I have looked at Squadron and they have Hasegawa's bomb sets A, B, and C. I am having a difficult time determining the correct set. Basically what I am looking for are Mk.82's, BLU-27's, and GBU's. Anyone know where to find some resin bomb kits? I am not having a whole lot of luck with Squadron.

Thanks ,
Steve
