Hi Quagmyre
Fabio has one of the right books. However, there are two parts in the Ventura Publications books.
There is another book that deals with the US Spitfires titled "Spitfire International" by Air-Britain Publications.
In your list of US Spits you include the PR Mk IV. The USAAF never flew the PR IV.
They did fly the Mk IX so maybe this is what is confusing you.
The US Navy flew Seafire L IIc's.
The USAAF flew Mk Va's, Vb's and Vc's and tropicalized Vb's and Vc's.
The Spitfire International book lists EVERY Spitfire flown by the US including all warbirds and non-flying museum Spitfires.
Sorry about your pinky.
E-mail me direct for any specific information.
Cheers
Bob S.
