T-Birds
Posted by woody0369 on Thursday, January 29, 2004 9:32 PM
Hey all, I'm fixing to start a new project. I want to build an F-16c Thunderbird, but I don't want to use the old revell t-bird kit. I would like to use one of the nicer kits. The problem is I cant seem to find decals in 1/48 for the birds or any pilot or ground crew sets. Any one know where I might be able to check?

I would appreciate any help,,,,, I REALLY don't want to settle for the revell kit.

Thanks

I think Academy and Hasegawa released their versions of these birds with the decals. You should be able to find them in online stores (such as Squadron.com) or your local hobby shop. Good luck!

It is either tamiya or hasagewa that offers a USAF ground crew set in 1/48th. Most of the equipment is the same just shinier!

Hasegawa even did a kit in1/32 with the T-Bird Decals. All the kits mentioned aren't that hard to get. Good Luck

It is Hasegawa that does the ground crew, pilots and equipment in 1/72 AND 1/48.
